me thinks this is cos the goverment will bleed ever more money out of use so that we will have to strech stuff out for longer... think the banks will be happy.... :x

85 dam, the roads wil be mad its bad enough now with 80 years olds doing 45 mph in the middle lanes of motorways but now you will get hgv drivers at 80 doing 45mph in the middle lane in 44 ton arttics :shock:
