I am after a restoration project of any of these motors but only one to restore:
Austin Champ / Lightweight / Willeys Jeep.
I aint got tons of cash and want a cheap project pref runner.
I have tried this link one or two Champs for £300 anyone know of any restorations or sites who sell them cheap?

dude i think u would be hard pushed for a champ at 300 quid u would more likey pick up a light weight i might be wrong good luck :D

Light weight seems a fair bet, and theres always quite a few knocking around the classifieds in LRW?

Veyr popular the champs are, when the government cleared out the old civil defence stock there were loads with storage mileage only on them, but the price is still there.

Think is the Champ was never quite the 4x4 that the Jeep or Landy ever were, quite complicated and less capable in comparison. Could you live with little kids calling it a Jeep?

Just rang after 3 that are for sale £300 each but need to be restored..
didnt know they run a Rolls Royce 4 cylinder engine and aparentley they did a V8 as well
