has anyone any ideas how i can wire up the rear subwoofer to an after market cd player,
I need to know the answer to this too.
On the back of my Phillips Land Rover standard fit radio in my 300 is 4 plugs.
The power plug (lots of wires, sorted that one)
the speaker plug (lots of wires, sorted that one)
the multi changer plug (loads of wires, dont need that anymore)
and another plug with 2 wires coming out of it. (possibly the amp power for the sub)
1 red, 1 black wire.
I've try'd connecting them to my new stereo's amp power cable and it does'nt work.
Help please!!
:?

sound like the remote controls for the stereo on the dash surround

I did'nt think of that.
Back to the drawing board then.
Any one know what colour wire the amp in the rear door uses?
