wheres the best place to get a set of wheel spacers from?
ive got some new tyres to pick up soon, lift springs in garage, shocks on order, once thats all on want to go a little bit wider to make stable and look meaner, retain steering lock etc.
either new or as some one got a set 2nd hand for resonable money.

Wherever you get them from, make sure you ask if they are DOT / TUV approved and e-marked.
Not something you want to do 'on the cheap' ;-)

oh ok, will do, just testing the water at the mo, have a browse round, will see for definett once lifted etc which way i chose to go.

its often as cheap to buy bigger offset steel wheels and they are safe!

Just a point if anyone is thinking of buying spacers and doing competition. MSA rules state they must NOT be any thicker than 25mm.

I can recommend Scorpion Racing's Pro Spacers.
Had them fitted for over 3 years and no problems so far.
They are TUV tested and certified and have a lip for wheel location, which some other makes of spacer don't have.
Some will tell you that wheel spacers cause premiture [sp] wheel bearing failure, but if your wheel bearings are well greased and in good condition then you shouldn't have any more problems than normal.
