Title: Devil Duck Guidelines
Post by: Landy90IOM on January 08, 2006, 11:06:46
Is there any specific Guide lines to where to put your ducks or how many to have etc?  Just ever since I got mine ( i decided to get two to be on the safe side...) well the landy has hardly been on the road, and when it has, has sustained quite a bit of body damage!  Have my ducks gone on strike, or is it because there is two of them, and they're fighting against each other and not actually doing their job?!

Its my understanding they protect against theft, not the damage you do

Is the middle of the dash the best place, going to be ibstalling mine next weekend.
Don't know whether to install it before or after the lift though.

I'll take some 'installation' pictures if anyone is unsure of the correct procedure

The above picture is correct.  Duck needs to be able to see out of the front windscreen otherwise it will get bored very quickly.

I've been given 4 yellow flashin beacons, 3 with revolving reflectors and a strobe.   I was reckoning on taking the yellow top off of the strobe one and putting the duck over it!
