I've been trying to fit the air-horns I removed from the Discovery (yes, I know; tight-fisted Yorkshireman, etc.......)
However........... I'm a bit stumped by the connector on the standard ('99 Td5) horn :?
It's a funny little thing & I'm loath to cut it off just in case I need to use it if the mini-compressor fails.
Does anyone know if a comparable socket is available.
Sorry no photo

Can't help with the socket but if you are paranoid that the compressor may fail how about a different suggestion:
If you cut the wire you could route the live feed to a switch in the cab, this switch (a two-way switch) could then work to route the power to either the new air horn, or by flicking the switch over, down the existing wire to the old horn.
Just a thought

Is the connector similar to those on the back of the lights on the Discovery? VWP do those connectors off the shelf.
Or snip it with a couple of inches of cable so you can put an additional plug/socket arrangement in to refit the original plug?

It's a very small version of the (post 94??) Defender lighting connecctor with the very small pins.
I might just cut it & branch off in parrall??, but there's not a lot of leeway to play with.
