I'm currently on the lookout for a halftrack from WWII (allies) to resotre ... anyone help?

I would love to find onw in a field but I havne't got the time to go to France and try and fine 1 ... hence the question

Could be partly right, I imagine in a few farms in france there are some old military equipment forgotten and dumped in a barn somewhere, you never know, you could always plan a touring holiday round france :wink:

Or hidden in this country, one was found fully equiped, with loaded .50 cal brownings and all, in a bunker that had a near miss that filled in the ramp on an estate in Hampshire in the 90's, caused 'ampshir plod a bit of a worry it did...
