Post by: ade666 on February 19, 2006, 18:51:46
hi all again. i'm about to buy a td5 prop and flange from devon 4x4 and was wondering how hard it is to fit. the prop i can see is quite straight forward its the new flange that i'm un sure of. any help would be most welcom. also anyone bought springs from them, my old man emu fronts aren't upto the job(there 751's) i've seen 766 on Expedition Exchange but at £145 all in can i get some cheaper

It's literally flange off flange on and fit the prop. Changing the flange is easier than doing the prop itself.

It's just a bit tight, handbrake and put it in 1st low box, you should be ok.  Check the condition of the output seal whilst you are there.
