There are a few people who seem to regularly break SJs on ebay, a few second hand parts places...but is there a decent place for new SJ spares as I can't seem to find much online. I am used to Land Rovers where yu have a choice of loads of companies to get spares from!
-
try http://www.adksuzukispares.co.uk/
-
Yup, have asked them about a few bits and bobs, are in my list of people to use :). But it's mainly second hand bits. Which is all good....but there are some thigns which need to be new!
-
Loads of folk do SJ bits - try KAP Suzuki, Off road Armoury, Rhino Rays, D&G Tuning (Belgium)
-
most people just pick em out of landy tyre treads
-
Hehe (I also have a landie by the way, so will look out for spares :p)
KAP - great for uprated bits and bobs but not for general bits and bobs. Same goes for Off-road Armoury, Rays and D&G really.

hi m8
are you looking in perticular?

Am I looking for parts in particular? Well, could do with some things like new track rod ends, spare dizzy cap, alt belt (now aquired) and other bits like that. Also need a full set of wheel studs. It would just be nice if there was a central place where I coudl get things rather than having to trawl through the net, ebay or ring round companies on the off chance that they might have what I want when it comes to it.
-
hi,when i had my sj and needed new parts like you say track rod ends and such i ordered them from the local suzuki dealer, they did,nt keep much in stock but could get it with in a couple of days, plus they had a full parts list on the computer.
-
Oh right fair enough...not sure why I didnt think of main dealers! Are they stupid prices or fairly reasonable?
-
price is the down side but i did find the quality better on items like wheel bearings compared to aftermarket items. if you do go the main dealer route go prepaired with your chassis number.
-
OK cheers Buckshot :)
-
Youl get Distributor cap, rotor arm, alt belt, track rod ends, wheel bearings etc etc from your local factors like 'Dingbro'...
Ive got most of the above at some point from them, normally really cheap aswell...
-
I rang around some of the local factors...most of them just laughed when I said the age of the car....cheeky sods! Others were qutie useful and a LOT cheaper than the Suzuki main dealer...I know in thery main dealer parts should alst longer and so forth....but I doubt they will last 5 times as long as the price might suggest!

Where do you all get spares for Suzuki SJs?
From Mcdonalds happy meals and kinder surprise eggs.

Hi,
I work for Euro4x4parts. We're based in France and Spain and carry a comprehensive range of parts for most 4x4s. We have Suzuki/SJ parts in stock and can usually supply harder to find parts to order (OEM or aftermarket). Delivery worldwide. Feel free to PM or contact me through the website (www.euro4x4parts.com).
Cheers
Nick

You have quite a lot of stuff on there Nick...perhaps works out a little expensive because of delivery but may be useful for those hard to find bits. Cheers :)
