Title: How old is everyone?

Have owned and rebuilt my series IIA since i was 17, ( OMG that was a long time ago :lol: )

Been around landies all my life, ( was taken home in a blizzard in my dad's IIA when i was three days old so i blame him really) The only time i have defected to a car was to learn to drive.

I think working on it is good experience for my future plans for an engineering career, because there's always something wrong with it :lol: My dad still has to undo the reeeeally stubborn nuts though :wink: I also like building these, R/C rock crawlers :D This ones nearly finished, and i'm considering 4link for the series :twisted: I'll be looking for work experience next year so if there's anyone local in the engineering trade... *hint* *hint* :wink:

30 this year, so chucked in the job, travelled round Africa, and start teacher training in September.

I learnt to drive in my parentÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s series III, the one on the left.

I had to buy my own landy when my parentÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s sold thereÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s, although they seam to have adopted mine now :?. Isn't all bad though, they put diesel in it when theyÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ve used it, just got to make sure I keep it empty. :wink:

Would never go back to a normal car although I do have a fiesta for when the land rovers broken

Great to see so many young people enjoying themselves. The first car I ever drove was a Land Rover.

Started with a Daihatsu Sportrak, changed to a Suzuki GV1600 and a SJ off-roader, now got a Disco.... so I'm doing well I think!!

Didn't realise there were quite so many younger mud-clubbers!!

Everyday i drive my FREELANDER 2.0 TD4 and NO it doesn't go off road, i also co own a 1981 series 3 hybrid landrover see project series 3 on thread - ref Stanton Boy :wink:
