Basically iv got a set of bull bars to go on the front but the bolts holding on the bumper go through the steering guard too.
will these bolts be long enough (and safe enough) to hold it all on, if not does anyone know where i can find some?

standard bolts are not long enough
go down to a local nuts n bolts place (i use midlands fasteners in bridgtown - bit far for you though!)
take a standard bolt with you ... tell them you want one like it but longer!
off the top of my head i can't remember if they're M12 maybe???

IIRC M10 will replace the original imperial bolts.

You can use M12, but you will beed to file the bumper bracket holes slightly, the holes through the chassis are big enough to take a 1/2 inch bolt.
The origional imperial bolts are 3/8 IIRC which is between 9 and 10mm
