Title: Goodrich stainless braided brake hoses

hi, Im going to get some Goodrich stainless braided brake hoses for my 1976 series 3 swb and saw that on paddock they sell "3pc Braided Brake Lines Series 88in 1960-1980(approx) UNF fixings - plus 2 inch" are those the right ones?  Ben

Yup.

It was late 70's early 80's when it went over the metric threads.

I plan to get parabolic springs and keep the normal shackles will i still need to get longer brake hoses? Ben

Yes, IIRC parabolics give you 1" extra lift their own. I would suggest changing the dampers too as parabolic springs react differently to standard springs. Not sure what your options are on the dampers though.

You WILL need longer hoses with the Paras.  I had std length Goodrich on mine, and when I fitted the Paras, they were like bowstrings!.  I went for 109 +2" hoses - giving me +4" over std

lol i dunno how standard can be long enough anyway.

I'm on standard leafs still and found that standard length were to short for comfort.  :shock:

just brought a set of these for the 88' of ebay arrived prety quick and look nice and shiny in the packaging (will have to get some mud on them  8)  o and garanteed for life.
