Found this Picture on the Scorpion Racing web page.
Think its looks pretty smart
-
cute little alpines there too!
i wouldnt have it in that colour though.. would make it look like a mean mofo!
-
Used to have that photo as my Avtar some time ago.
Nice little disco really, but prefer George.

no good for the shopping though
-
depends what you buy
-
you could always fit it with a trailer...
oooh the doughnut carry possibilities of a Discovery...
Seven tonnes of sheer sugary pleasure (providing you have a braked trailer of course)
-
Nice :D
Ok then IF you wanted to do this with a standard sized Disco, what's to be done :?:
Whats the cost and who does this sort of conversion :?:
-
Andy,
Type in "JOs bob tailed disco" into google and you should be able to find it and the web page of the garage who did the work.

Must be just me then :?
I think it looks bloomin' horrible.
No offence, like.
-
I just thought it was something different. You don't see many bobtailed Discos, seen a few pickups on the road (As seen on the London to Brighton Run 2000 - see picture), but the most common bobtail is the classic range rover.
No offence taken Tim

I don't know about "blooming horrible" but it looks... wrong.
it's the sort of thing, that without having seen a full length disco you'd question... I bet there's tribes of people in the jungle. untouched by western civilisation saying "muwungle wunglebow" [1]
[1] Litteral translation : "Is is me, or does that motor look two foot too short to you as well geoff ?"
