Err yup, the caliper mount is twisted.

Did you weld it on, or mount it onto the axle end flange??

Is the mount thick enough, has it twisted?

hi baz,i had the same problem but not so severe.my remedy was to shim between the mounting bracket and pad carrier with thin washers until the pads ran true to the disc.
