Hi a little while ago i did a rear disc coversion on me SJ I am just about to do a caliper repair kit and when looked at my pads i saw they are not wearing evenly at all. Please see pics.
Can anyone tell me what i have done to course this affect ad how i can stop it.
When i did the rear disc i did have to space the caliper mount out if that caliper mount is not level could this be the course.

Err yup, the caliper mount is twisted.
Did you weld it on, or mount it onto the axle end flange??
Is the mount thick enough, has it twisted?

hi baz,i had the same problem but not so severe.my remedy was to shim between the mounting bracket and pad carrier with thin washers until the pads ran true to the disc.
