Title: CD auto changer for 2003 Discovery

Can anyone answer the following please.

I have the chance to buy a CD auto changer, Alpine model No.  XQE100250

Will it fit the standard radio head unit in a 2003 Disco which is a Phillips C42 Midline. This head unit has the ability to control a CD changer
