Title: Mrs wizards Freebee croaked !!!!
Post by: wizard on May 20, 2007, 11:15:16
Its a 2.0 XEDI just cut out when she was shoping.
No back or strange noises. Checked it over this am and not fuel is getting to the injector pump.
The filter is OK as you can manually prime the system.
fuses are OK.
Check engine light is on.
Where is the fuel pump ? any ideas.

I know Td4's have two pumps, one in the tank and one in the engine bay, usually close to the N/S suspension turret.... again only know about Td4's but they need BOTH pumps to hit the right pressure one won't do it.
