Title: wheel fitment
Post by: Mighty_zuke on March 31, 2009, 11:49:56
I've got a nissan navara d22 (2000X) and was wondering wether a set of mitsubishi shogun (1989G) wheels will fit on as I have access to a set with chunky tyres! Does anyone know if they will fit or the measurement for the 6 stud spacing on the navara?

Regards

Mike

Will fit on the studs no problem all jap 6 stud stuff are the same. Theres an issue with some Mitsi wheels not clearing calipers, can usually be sorted with wheel spacers though.

Aye and Cosmic has some on his that wouldn't fit woithout wheel spacers - the MItsi wheels aren't all quite the same.

Thanks for the help. It looks like I'm gonna get the wheels then and see if they fit. Do you know how much your mate needed to space them out?

Cosmic used 30mm spacers to get his MK1 pajero to clear the front brake calipers but i'm sure the MK2 rims fit no probs as I can't remember Lambert fitting spacers when he fitted MK2's onto his Maverick

TIP: make sure your nissan standard wheel nuts cover mits alloys properly i got terrano 2 and put mits alloys on with same studs drove down the road and the wheel came of due to not holding the wheel properly, the nuts didn cover the alloy properly
