Title: Is this 90 good value
Post by: 500bhp on April 04, 2007, 22:56:41
Hi, I have given up trying to find a good 90 here for a sensible price, any second hand land rover here is about 60% more than in the UK, so I have seen this one on ebay, can I get your thoughts on if its a good buy or not, its just a shame no aircon.

thats the problem with defenders! it is a lot of dough, but you see what you get for a little less money.(shed)
the only pig is it is not a tdi, that in my humble opinion makes it a tad on the dear side and you wont get 2k for that number plate either.
does look! nice and clean though, and remember he works in the legal trade!

So is a TD and TDi different?

As a rule, the TDi engines are a lot better. The TD engine was the old 2.5 diesel with a turbo bolted on in an effort to get a bit more power out of it.
