Title: vitara losing water

got a 8v swb vitara 93 model
loses a bit of water
oil is black no mayo
starts first time
performance ok
any idea why it will lose half a litre on occasions other times not

tbh
sounds like head gasket failure and its losing threw the exhaust system
if pennies allow buy one of these and give it a test

sorry no i no longer make these up as were no money in them
sj-uk(parasource) did take over my pattern but again i think he has stopped making them due to costings

imho a modifyed inlet manifold is the way to go a member on www.shrsophire-suzuki.co.uk now makes these and
id reconmend his work 100%
his SS id is rockwatt and he re makes the manifold to accept an su carb so no messing about welding bends and plates together
