Title: Major Tyre Repairs

Having been told that an almost new BFG 265/75/16 MT was scrap.
I took it to these guys.(Coventry Depot)
Dropped it off Tuesday afternoon and it was ready Thursday morning.
I wasn't sure about tyre repairs but they're repairing truck tyres the same way day in day out.
Can't see the join and £26 + vat

Well worth it even if it only goes back on as a spare

Cheers Hissy,

I would be good to know what was wrong with the Tyre? wouldn't the retailer take it back or had the side wall gone ?

Also are there any more details on the Land Rover Clear Out? where is the new location going to be, sorry if your not directly involved

Hello There

The local tyre shop said that due to the location of the puncture, the tyre was "scrap"

As for the Clearout all i can say at the moment is watch this space.............
