Thinking of doing a lift (2") on suspension and wondering about the tyre choices this would make available to me,wanting to fit all terrain and have 16" rims at the moment. Doesn't seem to much selection tyre wise ie:-215/65x16. Any help/advise appreciated, thanks Andy.

you can fit 215/70/16 BFG AT's without a lift so you should be able to go bigger than than with a lift.
see the tyre guide under technical on www.mad-freelanders.org.uk for more info

215/80/15 is about the biggest without having to mod wings and wheel arches especially with anything more than a standard road tread....slightly more height on 205/80/16 depending on what size wheels youre running. Avon s were about the best I could find in 16s and even then lacked a little off road ability http://www.avon-tyres.co.uk/?page=tyres&method=detail1&tid=17..as said madfreelanders is the place if planning off road
