Right going to change or at least start to change the head today. so be ready for some silly questions to be asked as not done it before :oops: the replacement head is nice and stright so it off with the old and on with the new so to speak. if it ws as easy as it sounds. i just know i will [!Expletive Deleted!] something up. oh well here i go. i am going in and my be a while :? :D

Said it would not got easy. broke my one and only rachet so now having to use a tee bar on the head bolts oh woe is me. informe they all have it in for me :lol:

Guess what my next question was going to be yes has anyone got a torque wrench as mine has gone missing from my garden shed alone with some other stuff i had in there doh havent a clue when but its not there just been to get it and were it should be is a empty space. got old head off at last so now come to a stand still as have no torque wrench.

Here is were i am up to now. you can see the broken bolts and were the exhurst was blowing out the left port as you look at it

Well going to leave it for now as i have got a lift into work tomorrow and see if they will lean me another torque wrench or will have to go and buy one. doh

Yes thats the one. after all the work i did sunday and help from karlo we found out the flippen bolt holes on the new head are not metric and guess what bolt we had :roll: . So will be talking nicly to the fitters and grab a hand full of assorted bolts to try
