I came across this on The Great Orme Llandudno last week, not being well up on the old vehicles, could any tell me what it is, just out of curiosity.

Thats is a DKW Munga
built in the 50s to the late 60s
Saw quite a few in Germany in the 70s, the German Army had a loads of them
Built by VW/Audi group, what threw me was on the ones I saw they had the 4 ring Audi badge in the front bar grill

I had two of those but they went on as "unfinished projects". I drove one al Beltring once...2 stroke 3 cylinder, 7 moving parts in the whole engine...no water pump (thermic syphon instead) and there was something really groovy about the 4wd system but I can't remember what!
