Checked the part no.s on paddocks
http://www.paddockspares.com/sp/category/RANGE_ROVER_P38A/subcategory/Brakes/searchbox2/2__Rear_Axle.html
http://www.paddockspares.com/sp/category/DISCOVERY_2_(1998-2004)/subcategory/Brakes/searchbox2/2__Rear_Axle.html
and they would seem to be slightly different ;) but only the disc part no. and only by the last letter

Checked another site I use
http://www.buypartsby.co.uk/ebc-brakes/ebc-discs.php
And these are ebc, not knowing the years or model I put 1 of each at random 4.6 P38 and 4.0 D2 and this says they are the same
EBC D957
303x65x12 mm
Maybe of help ;)
