try the Farmers Union of wales / National Farmers Union
With the FUW i got insurance for my 63 diesel for 500 oddk
looking at your sig, the mod's won't help your insurance

last i heard the NFU had stoped insuring under 25s, i rang up for a quote and was told to come back when i were 25.
-
Yea i just found that out too, gonna try local brokers tommorow, and see if there are any insurance people at the gaydon show.
-
have tou tried some of the specialist insurers in the back of the land rover magazines?
-
yea, most are like no old vehicles or pick ups or no under 25's but will try again.
cheers
-
i'm only 17 and no issues wit the FUW. Try going to the local office rather than just ringing them
-
Sureterm have a thing with Norwich Union, a special 4x4 section, not too sure on the age limits though but worth a punt though
-
yea im gonna give them a buzz tomorow see if they can help cheers for that.
so you dont have to live in wales to go with FUW?
or is my name confusing people? haha
Reece (not welsh)

you could try giving them a ring, they might see what they can do
-

i tried footman james cant remember which technecality they used to not insure me lol, twas either to young, or the truck is too old.
cheers anyhoo
-
I was with footman and james on my series since i was 16, im now with adrain flux, they deal with more mod'ed landies i think!
-
im gonna give them ago cheers, also sureterm direct. the ones who can do it want the cars value a year to insure it!
will keep trying i need it on the road!
-
good luck! id guess your looking at around 700 quid these days, most mods shouldn't affect insurance unless its a power upgrade.
-
adrian flux are quite good but youwill find that even things like a snorkel fitted can change your insurance slightly good luck
-
