Title: Event in Scotland yesterday?
Post by: zebidee on September 19, 2005, 13:30:17: Was there some kind of event up in Scotland yesterday?

We were heading back down the road passing Braco & saw a whole stack of mixed 4x4's (Landies, RRs, Suzukis) on the back of trailers & on the road heading north looking completely filthy. :D

As a newbie I'd love to come along to something in the Stirling/central area - unfortunately I'd not be allowed to take part seriously in our Trooper in case it gets bent - the wife needs it for horse box towing - so it would be spectator status for me only :( :!:

Post by: Xtremeteam on September 19, 2005, 19:12:23: it was in reverse posing for the camera till i noticed the spare wheel was floating in the back,so i pulled forward out the water & it poured forward & soaked everything so i bailed out to open the rear door & forgot i was still in 2ft of water so ended up soaked

well if you are interested ill let you no when the next difflock wknd is gonna be there n if swmbo will let you,you could come up for the wknd

Probably would take the friday and Monday off and make a wild weekend of it!

Keep me posted, I'll get up there one day even if Im only a co-driver!

That would of tested the Tdi! Not sure I would get through it (well, fairly well know I would not!!!!) but would LOVE to try!!!!!
