would i be able to fit 35" tyres on to my series to get abit more clearance, ive got parabolics and a lift .
-
35" is close to 900-16's which 1 tons run, they have lower gearing than a standard series so I don't know that your engine will turn them, what motor are you running?
-
2.25 petrol, im already running 33" wiv rangie diffs and can get 60 out of it
-
if you put 35" on you will explode your diffs! if you dont break halfshafts or cv's first! because the traction and over all gearing puts too much stress on the running gear you will have so many problems.
if your going to put tyres like that on, go to ashcroft and talk to them about it yheyll sort you out with evereything you need and all there stuff is 5year garentee!
if its clearance your after you should buy "portal axels" they give you diff locks in both front and rear diffs and there so tough you can run what ever tyres you want on there.

should be fine but you'll need milatry spring hangers and shockers and if you havent already got a steering damper on you may need one depending on tread pattern
i had super swampers Q78/16 (35.5/9.5 r16) on mine but the steering was so so heavy it was unreal and got major wheel shimmy and i had a new relay and steering components fit beforehand and at full travel there was a nasty sound of rubber on metal contact (humm much like my current ones itst)
