My brother-in-law is happy with this magazine.
At long, long, last the article that was wrote about his Samurai has finally been published. (the black LHD 'E' reg pictured on the 'Rubi-Tong' course)
I think the photo-shoot was way back in September.
It's now long gone to be replaced with another that we brought back from Wilmslow at the end of September.
That's changed quite significantly since the picture was taken
At least he didn't buy the first SJ we looked at, a Lime Green LHD at Pickering.
It was a horrid colour, I've seen better colours going to our Pathology Laboratory :)

Some shots of it now would go down well :)

See what I can do for you Robbie, the next time I see him.

Right Robbie,
It's a RHD this time, with a pair of Toyota Hi-lux axles to go on. A custom made winch bumper & rear bumper.
Home cobbled power-steering from various sources.
Cage to be constructed.
It's also got underslung axles (leaf spring go over the casings)
Oh, and those Wranglers are 35", just to give some idea of the height (it'll be taller with the Hi-Lux axles & re-worked suspension)

Looks well. I just wish I had the time to work on something like that :(
It will be nice to see it in the mud somewhere :) Is it likely to be ready this year??
