I was told that a SSR-Limited has an LSD (that's what the limited bit was), I'm now told it's not.
How do I know what it has?????

Look on the vin plate .......there is a axel line
it will start with a G then 3 numbers , If it ends in a 5 it's a Lsd
Like G145
-
or if still unsure jack the rear axle up and spin one of the rear wheels if they go in the same direction you have lsd.if they turn in opposite directions you dont.
-
also a label on the diff next to the filler plug

I was to say the tingling in throat, the floors and ceiling rippling with fractal patterns, the purple skies and constant insane giggling would be a sure sign but then realise the thread was nothing to do with that :lipsrsealed:

Nope as the friction plates would be knackered after 10000 miles and it won't work anymore

Almost exactly what i was gonna say! HAHAHA

Give it a bit of welly making a right turn from a t-junction - enough to spin the inside wheel, if you've got the LSD fitted you'll feel it lock up - works on mine!
