Title: clutch faults
Post by: colin14 on November 18, 2012, 17:24:20
hi guys. brought a 300tdi with a broke fork, all replaced with a new h/d 1 and replaced whole clutch kit at same time but problem is my pedal hits the floor and stays there, fluid is shooting out the slave as it should, brand new master cylinder. loads of pressure on the slave aswell. new fork pivots ok as it should. just only other thing i can think it could be is the pivot ball on the guide has been pushed further back, any ideas guys or has anyone got a measurement from the the ball to the thick alloy plate.
 thanks

The only time I had owt like happen it was my pivot rollers on the fork release bearing that had worn through. Beyond that if it was all put back in correct I dunno.
