Post by: nismo2004 on September 18, 2010, 17:31:42
anyone have any idears why the cruse control may not be working ona 1995 V8 disco,
recenlty bought the car and its not working,
could it be a fuse or would it likely be something more involved,

Check all the vacum tubing and the diaphram on the throttle body they tend to perish and split

The vacuum pipes persish near the throttle actuator on the V8 because of the heat.  I've also seen faulty brake switches.  My LSE is intermittent because of the gear selector switch.  I have a diagnostic ECU I built if you live close by and need to borrow it.
