have just got myself a p38
but only 1 key so want to get another
but got no number ?????
how do i go about getting another

I think the only way is through a main dealer, they should be able to trace the numbers from the vehicle id.

cheaper than buying a new key, and a all new locks (for all doors/tailgate) because you lost/broke your only key. Some keys can go onto

still sounds like a lot for a key

just anoys me when somewhere with one of previous owners is a key or two

yeah it seems expensive, but quite often (especially with newer cars) more and more information is held on the fob, in a simple attempt to make car theft that little bit harder. Most cars can't even be started with a screwdriver anymore, as the ECU talks to the FOB with "computer magic".
