Just a general question to see how people over come Water posion issues are the rubber gloves oover the leads the best approach or are the better measures out there.

there is a guy on ebay that sells kits for the dizzy
its like sticky rubber
have used it very good indeed

plastic bottle.

get one with a wide neck so you can feed all the leads through, then seal it with silicone.

for the coil get a ice cream tub and fit the coil inside that.

Well used to be the first big spoalsh would kill The Rabbit.

Now it takes about 5 minutes of continued dunking to even get a misfire. Dizzy has the breather run through the firewall and the base smeared with silicone grase so it seals. Inside the ht boots is the same, grease to ensure a seal and a bit on the wire as it passes through the boot.

Coil wise, I have a rubber boot I got from billing for about £1 and its works a charm.

Only let-down I have at the moment is the plug ends fouling. Need to work a solution for that, someone has suggested hi-temp silicon spray.

Halfrauds ignition sealer spray worked well for me, but best advise is.............fit a diesel :lol:
