I'm sure i saw somebody mention a company who do galvanised bulkheads (to fit a 110)...anyone know who/where it was?

dont bother, bit like gold dust and apparently they can warp quite easily when they're galvanised. just pick up a good used one, or alternatively a brand new one for about £200-£250. cheapest we found them was £200 delivered from some landy dealer on ebay.

what you ideally want is a 300tdi defender bulkhead, because they still use the bolt on (screw on...) gearbox tunnel, which means you dont have to arse about cutting and welding aka td5 bulkhead.

Also galv ones from speaking to a guy who makes them, have to be made up not just diped whole (for it to be a top job), which is good for the series one which he is allowed the pattern for but LR won't release the later patterns apprently.

Also found they were silly prices alot of the time.

correct. r380 tunnel comes off, lt95 should go straight on
