Has anyone got any good sites they would recommend close to coast, mountains and some gentle laning with views?

we went on 2 caravan and camping sites and the one we thought was best for beeches and scenery was one near Amroth it cost us £45.50 for 7 nights with electric but you did need to be self sufficent. the one where the mcbb3 was very nice too, the river was very nice too, that one had showers and tiolets too!

We are going in the summer

there's a site in the gower, its one of the best places to camp that i've ever stayed. open your tent and have a lung full of fresh sea air. absolutely fantasic.

We stayed here www.shellisland.co.uk last summer with diff breaker, had a great week. The site is huge I think they can fit on around 3000 people, it the biggest campsite in Europe! You can pretty much camp on beach, but your only five minutes from the rhinogs.
We will be going back this year, BUT you cannot pre book its first come first served, we got there at 7.00 am on a Sat morning and had to wait for a space, one off one on!
But worth it!

Do a lot of camping mainly on greenlane trips as they tend to be longer so always looking for cheapo sites as wild camping not always possible
Seams a shortage of simple sites open all year round basic with water and a loo which allow one nighers and groups to stay
will pm some very cheap ones last one i found £2.50 ppn including hot shower & loo, allows wood ground fires pleasent simple
