:lol: Oh what a chore, I dragged myself to the pub this afternoon and had to force myself to drink an extra cold guiness :boohoo:
but hey all in the line of duty.
OK they are more than happy to host the meets (as any pub would be in this day and age) best night would be a Wednesday. They serve food, snacks, have a beer garden
for those few sunny nights we have left (if any) and children are welcome.
Oh yes the pub is The Chequers, Hill Street, Feltwell IP26 4AB.
We just need to see who wants to come and when.

Would anyone be interested in a meeting in south Norfolk?
There's a pub just down the road from me on the A140 at Tasburgh called the Countryman, They'd be happy to have a group meeting there mid week. They serve good home cooked food at reasonable prices.
If there's any interest let me know and I'll go and arrange a date.

Since this thread seems to have died a natural, feel free to sort something. I'm only over near Bunwell, so should be able to get over! You can try and we'll see what happens.
Sort out a date with them and post it here as a new thread. I'll then delete these other two to tidy it up.

Just spotted this, and I'd be keen to meet up at feltwell as it's just down the road for me. Not been out much lately due to family commitments and poorly Discoverys! Can't do the next 2 wednesdays though as I'm working :(

I was thinking of the last wednessday of each month if that suits people so first meet would be 26/08/2009.

To be honest, I wouldn't have the money left at the end of the months, payday being last working day.

These Norfolk meets have been on and off some time and have to say that V8Moneypit really dit push the boat out for them, Thees just so few Norfolk Members :(
I have just bought a Sankey Trailer that i have converted to a New Age BBQ trailer ;) so if any meets require a BBQ count me in :)

You are just to late for this one mate, it was toninght. A big thanks to all who came its was good to meet you and I hope to see you all and some more people next meet (07/10/09) if that suits everyone.

Good to meet you Darren. I would suggest you make a new thread a couple of weeks before the next meet. Just lay out the place, date, time, etc. and hopefully we will see a few more people next time. Thanks for setting it up, it is appreciated.
