Title: 24 spline diffs 2 or 4 pin?
Post by: Wanderer on May 19, 2004, 21:57:09
HI All,

The 24 spline diff. Is it a 4 pin or 2 pin?
I thought they were 2 pin but when I asked about a 4 pin I was told they are all 4 pin.

Right or wrong?

As far as I know, with only a few exceptions all standard diffs are 2 pin.

the only vehicles to have 4 pin diffs as standard are all military defenders & v8 90's which only had them in the back axle

Has anyone got any decent pictures of a 4 pin? Is it a totally different shape etc?
