Title: 110 Double Cab
Post by: DIL on August 27, 2009, 10:58:51
I quite fancy having a 110 double cab but they are out of my price range, so been looking into converting a 110CSW as ive seen a few people are doing now.

Just wondering wot people use for the rear bulkhead, under the rear of the cab. Can you use a 90 section or is it as easy to fabricate something.

Any suggestions, ideas or pics welcome.

Thanks Mark.

Hi i have converted a few 110 CSW to crew cabs, rear tub needs a bulkhead panel, a 90 item fits perfect, you do need to pop rivet the panel in place, the rear window can be a 90 truck cab item, and the roof can be modifyed or just bolt on a crew cab roof,

hi there ive just done mine to a double cab easy job took a wkend u can buy a fiberglass mould for the roof from northoffroad  so u can use a 90/110 rear truck cab panel or series if u wanted then i built my own bulkhead using 50x50 box 3 mm thick welded from 1 side to other for truck cab to bolt to then 1" angle across floor up and on the arches and i put two braces in the middle goin from the floor goin to 50" box and to blank it off i used a chequer bulkhead panel that i had made without the bend in <good old work hehe> but i do no a man that has a double cab roof for sale if interested?
