I'm in the process of fitting some spots to my 52 reg 90 and was wondering how you go about getting the centre fascia off so i can get the wirng through to the fascia switch i'm fitting?
Does the top of the dash come off to release it as well as the bottom 2 screws on the fascia?
Also whats the best way to route the cable?left hand side or right hand side of the engine bay???
Cheers chaps

there are points to teh top left of the engine bay that allow easy access to dash, then drop teh wires inside and down to the console.
it aint eay though.
if you are doing roof lights drop them down through the door sill at teh top- u will have to drill this however it works well

You say all this like you're an expert

If you remove the dash top rail there are 3 screws behind which secure the top of the center fascia / switch panal.

The centre dash panel is secured with 2 screws at the bottom and three "pull out" pegs at the top.
You will probably need to remove the Radio to allow enough movement in the panel, after you have done that and taken out the bottom screws prise the top out with a large flat bladed screwdriver ........ steadily
If you want to take off the whole dashboard allow at least a complete weekend, it's a bitch
I have that Tee shirt
