I've seen 2 of those before;
Last year whilst in Northumberland there was one forsale just of the A1 where the road to Lindisfarne heads to the coast

Then a friend of mine has an aquaitance who deals in (& restores) classic cars  http://www.touchwakefield.com/comdir/cditem.cfm/2227]  
he had one for a while, they're imposing beasties

Looks interesting, you could have some fun with it, if the non starting problem is solvable without great expense, that is the thing with some of these vehicles, unlike land rovers the spares source can be a bit on the thin side

Theres nothing to stop you throwing away the old engine and fitting a 3.5 v8 and box from a rover if all else fails - or keep the old engine during this time to restore it whilst still using the beast with the rover engine - i'm all in favour of that!
