Been out playing with my new toy over the last week or so. Just some local scenes to get used to using it. For those with the slightest interest, it's a Nikon D50 digital SLR with 28-55mm and 55-200mm lenses. I've always had a Nikon SLR, previously a film FM, but decided it's time to move on with the times!

Certainly is! I'm still getting to grips with it. Not yet even scratching the surface of it's capabilities. Superb value for money.

That's damn good :D :D :D
I keep considering upgrading my Olympus digitals

I've always had a Nikon. That goes back to when I was 16 and worked in a camera shop..... a loooonnngggg time ago  But the D50 certainly gets rave reviews against it's competitors. And it's a lot lighter than my old film SLR too!

Hi Steve, I too am the proud owner of a D50 & you'll be looking at it's end results at tomorrow nights pub meet :D
