I been shown the light for electrolysis on rust removals and I have a question to those who have done it or know it, I understand you can take rust off any steel but does it work on alloy parts to?
For people who have never heard of this here is a video link of what it is, does, and how to make one, for safety reason and to cover my backside I do not recommend this and do not advise to do it as electricity and water never mix well

Rust doesn't generally form on alloy

Ha your right I didn think about that before I asked lol what's your technique to clean crap of alloy and what do you do about oxidation on it
-
All metals oxidise, the difference with iron oxide is that is swells, forming a flaky, scaly rust.
I'm aware of using ionising processes to prevent it, but removing it? I'd want to see.
