Hold on there..get used to it first you lucky person
Lifting a GC will NOT involve Landy parts
Suspects for parts include
Quadratec
4WD Hardware
Rustys off road - all US
Advice -NAGCA
FTE
Llama 4x4 - UK
Initially your best web site for the UKwith greatest respect to here is to head to Birty Dastards Jeep Club...
Good luck BF

You need to decide what tyres to put on it before deciding on a lift. The WJ in particular has
very small wheel wells, and even moderately sized tyres can need a big lift or cutting the
arches. Unfortunately big lifts need other bits too. You might need a slip yoke eliminator
for example, and invariably a diff re-gear. You will have questions that you'll find the answers
to at Birtys (UK based), otherwise as Stew suggests, nagca.org (US based).
Get your wallet out, this could get pricey (especially if you have lpg, which will ruin a 4.7).

I've a 4.0 ZG with 4 inch off lift on the springs running 33" simex on stock rims with +35mm spacers. No scrubbing or touching anywhere.
Get about 12mpg with that setup though. It's about 6 1/2 inch over stock at the sills.

But a ZG is a totally difernt vehicle

indeed but just as thirsty

Ok, as for the tyres i was thinking of, 31, 1050 OR 33 12.5s, i dont really want to start chopping the arches about, did that when i fitted 36" rubbers on the old landie, this one is a little more refined so i want the mods to be quite subtle, all help is much appreciated. Thanks

you could do a front to rear spring swap that way you would only have to buy a new set of 3" lifted front springs and full set of longer dampers
on a zj (zg overhere) its big enough for 31" tyres
