Oh, come on, he's not that short!

No no no.
We would not be unable to comply with the GLASS code of conduct if we owned that vehicle.
What a great clip.

Jeff
Oh, come on, he's not that short!
Ah but he is, I'm reliably informed that when he's on Top Gear, he always stands on a beer crate & he still only comes up to Clakson's crotch

Yes, despite of his lack of height, the Hamster is indeed extremely sexy!! Combine him and a wildcat and I go all weak at the knees!! :(biglove):

The funniest thing is he's not that short.
5'7"
Its only because Clarkson and May are over 6ft that they pick on him.
-
Well Clarkson is a tall buggar, so it does create a contrast.
The Wildcat is stunning though! Shame they don't make them anymore.

Hammond owns a 1969 Dodge Charger, or did? (he was going to replace it with another though)
He's also got a Series 1 & an ex-military 110 with a full length 'tilt'
-
There's an interview with him in the latest "sky" magazine. It mentions he was about to pick up a blue '67 Mustang.... 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Think it willl strut as well as the tomcat...?

Well the straycat looks *Bleeping* GORGEOUS!!!! It was in LRW a while back in its beautiful, based on the RR Sport and keeps about 65% RRS parts.

Ummm, it keeps substantially less than that. Like, bits of drive train and perhaps the engines / gearbox. The entire shell and internals have gone. It's a good 1000 kg lighter. The chassis, bodywork, suspension, cooling packs, interier etc are all Bowler.
Second hand values on Wildcats vary wildely from about 17k up to 40k dependent on spec. 'Never raced or rallied' isn't a phrase you'll see in the adverts!
Cracking bit of vid though. 8)
cheers

I'm pretty sure it was up around that number, if I can find that LRW Issue I'll re-look.

Who'll be the first to call one Brian?
But if's as light as Eeyore states, it'll be more of a 'Slim-Jim' (Phantom)

I'm not doubting what you read, so don't go rummaging on my account.
The comics have a tendancy of missing little bits here or there.
But if you want a reason for looking - the pictures of the car should be enough! =P~ Thats one sweeeet looking motor. 8)
Anyone ever wondered how fast the Wildcat would have gone around the test track on some quality tarmac rubber?
cheers
