Title: Jackable sills?????

A little help please folks, I wish to make or purchase (which ever is cheeper) a pair of jackable sill@s for my 1988 swb shogun can any of you point me in the direction of someone who sells them or give me some sizes and dimentions so i can make some or even just some advice on how to fit them.
