Title: HELP MY BRAKES LOCK ON

:cry:  hi my name is don i sent my r r 1990 3.9 se into garage 4 exhaust manifold gasket on way nsf caliper seized on he replaced caliper and drove to garage
he done exhaust gasket replaced nsf disk and both pads on front
now the strange bit he went to drive out touched the brakes and all the wheels locked up
release preasure from caliper by undoing bleed nipple and all wheels unlock
turn key on pump pumps up system and u can still roll foward and back but soon as u tuch brake pedel it kicks back and all wheels lock back up
we rebleed system and same touch pedal and locked up
when pressure switch plug and power unit connector is disconnected can drive but no power brakes
also under passanger seat were relays are there 3 fuses middle 1 keeps blowing not sure what its to but think it something to do with brakes any idieas would b very helpfull :?:

The middle fuse protects the stoplight switch, diagnostic plug and ecu pin 9. Don't have the answers but can mail you the relevant pages from LR manual to give to your mechanic to study if you want.
