Hi Chaps
Have the chance of a set of 18" hurricane alloys and tyres from a 2003 TD6 range rover - would these wheels go straight on my 1996 4.6 HSE ?
I know they are fine size wise but not sure if the hubs or stud centres are the same or if the offset is different, maybe needing spacers - anyone fitted a set ?
-
not fitted a set but they need spacers for the centre of the hub as far as i have been told, seen them available on e-bay for reference

Thanks Steve
I had a feeling they would need something - don't fancy mucking about with spacers and I don't suppose they will be cheap
Maybe just wait on a set of 18" wheels for a P38 turning up - I ain't in any hurry

IIRC its a plastic spacer ring that goes over the centre of the hub just to centre the wheel,u also need to get a set of wheel nuts to match the TD6 wheels

Well the guy wants £120 for a set of four with 255/60 bridgestones but your main problem would be they are in Glasgow !
PM me if you want the details - I'm not going to bother with them

I know 18" hurricanes with tyres new for P38s are about £800 ish if that helps.
I think they came on vogues/HSEs

My HSE is a Jap import which is why I think it only has 16" alloys - the wheels and tyres are as new so I am in no real hurry to change unless a bargain comes up in 18" wheels
I'm afraid there is no way I'm going to chuck 800 odd quid at a set - I'll live with what I've got for the mo
