The 2 holes you were all saying I had to drill... well you were right

and had to remove the door stay bracket..

havent dont the other side yet, plus this one needs a little fidding to get it lined up a little better.. but its a start

the doors arent the best in the world, but at least i'm doing to the series what I want to do .. make it a little bit more individual..
-
Good on ya Bezz
-
may be doing the other side tomorrow weather permitting.. and i'll make sure i hide the hammers, cos the mood im in , if it doesnt go right!!!!
-
well just finished doing the other one, but i started at 12:30!!!
bolt wouldnt co-operate, drilling it didnt work so had to resort to the angle grinder...
then when i tried to mount it on the series!!!!!
its on, doesnt look too bad, but i can still see daylight at the top corner.. needs more work when i have time.. also need painting as they still ar egreen with the 90 stickers on 'em

Add 2 grey lines on each door and you could make the '90' say '88' ;)
looks good!. fancy 90 doors for my series one day!
-
your doors look great and they fit, not like mine.
left my project on saterday quite disapointed, thought i would test fit the N/S door and theres not enough gap, what the hell do i do now
-
FIT???? whats that, they are up with a mixture of hammer and swearing... no level lines anywhere.. but then again it is a series ;)
-
i know series doors arent the best fitting thing in the world, but the thought of taking a hammer to the body work doesnt fill me with pleasure.
