Title: Tyred of looking.....
Post by: Mud Surfer on July 11, 2006, 17:23:07
Hi

Can anyone tell me if 31 x 10.5 /15s will fit the standard alloys from a '93/K Surf?

I'm picking up a spare set of alloys on Sat - and will arrange for tyres too and have them fitted at a local Kwik Fit - but will only buy if the 31 x 10.5 / 15 will fit the rim.

TIA for the help.

AG

depends on fisrtly are standard surf alloys 15" diameter, then not quite as critically the width of the rim. Then offset may come into play when it comes to the possibility of rubbing at full sterring lock.

They should fit with no problems, although some Surfs have only 6inch rims, have a look at what it say's on the wheels.

Also if it's not a wide body Surf they will stick out a bit.
