afternoon chaps....today in the snow, been fitting a Disco lump in our kids mota...went in nice and tidy, no trouble, quick question tho...he his keeping the rad and intercooler from the disco, and he has a Stage 1 front end on his truck..when fitting the rad, we are concerned that it will foul the steering arm on the top of the chassis rail...has anyone fitted the same, and how have ya overcome the issue of said arm......ADA

Is there anything to stop you fitting the standard front piece behind the Stage 1 front end? That way you wouldn't have the problem of fouling the steering arms...

managed to snap these this morning, hope they are of use to you
The battery tray is still in, he's using it as an air filter holder, and running a snorkel of the offside, hence the hole in the wing

thats pretty much the way i did mine, with the main rad where the old one should be and the intercooler infront and to the left

Im diassapointed, I thought this was a candidate for the fastest series 3 thread!

It pulls well, for sure, only has an overdrive at the mo but with rangy diffs too, I imagine the diesel will pull easily on the size vehicle
My lightweight has rangy diffs, no overdrive and can cruise at 55-60 without straining, and its only a 2.25 with a turner head
